HitZero is the software for running sports clubs: you enroll athletes, build teams, take attendance and collect monthly fees. Families see what concerns them without asking in the group chat.

It was born in cheerleading, but it works for any club that trains teams: if your club has athletes, coaches, families and monthly fees, HitZero runs it, whether it's cheerleading, gymnastics, soccer or swimming. Extras like formations come from cheerleading, and they stay out of the way if your sport doesn't use them.

How a club runs in HitZero

Athletes and teams, in one list

Each athlete has a profile with level, guardian and documents, and each team its roster and coach. One list for the whole club, not three versions of the same spreadsheet.

Attendance and schedule

Coaches take attendance from their phone: present, late or excused. The schedule flags when two classes clash, and every athlete has skills and goals for their level.

Monthly fees without chasing anyone

Set up payment plans and record every payment. See what was expected, what came in and who is overdue, and export it to CSV when the accountant asks.

Families

Each parent joins through an invite and first sees what is pending: monthly fees, documents to upload and each child's schedule.

Run the club from your AI assistant (MCP)

Paid plans include an MCP connection: add https://api.hitzero.club/api/mcp as a remote connector in Claude or another MCP-compatible assistant, sign in with your HitZero account, and ask in your own words:

• "Which families still owe this month's fee?"
• "Schedule practice on Tuesday at 6:00 pm in Gym A."
• "Show me the Elite team roster."

It runs with the same permissions you already have in the app. Only active admins and coaches can use it, and only in the clubs where they hold that role. Before anything is written or deleted, the assistant shows you the request, and it only runs once you approve it. Every call lands in the club's audit log, and roles, invitations and the subscription can't be operated from here.
