El Dezvare is a mobile-first service marketplace that pairs customers with independent providers for home, pet, and personal services. Users post tasks, receive bids from verified providers, and pick whoever fits their budget and timing — all from native iOS and Android apps.

The platform is currently live on Google Play and the App Store, serving customers and providers across LATAM.

What problem it solves

Traditional service-finding flows are broken in two directions:

  • For customers: searching Google or asking in WhatsApp groups for "alguien que arregle X" returns either fly-by-night strangers or pricey companies. There's no clear way to compare offers, see verified credentials, or build trust over time.
  • For providers: independent workers have no easy way to be discovered. Marketing on Facebook costs money they don't have. Word-of-mouth caps how fast a small business grows.

El Dezvare solves both sides at once with a transparent task → bid → match flow.

Core features

Task posting

Customers describe what they need ("limpieza profunda 3 habitaciones", "cuidador para mi perro el fin de semana", "reparación de fuga en la cocina") and post it to the platform. Service categories cover home maintenance, personal services, and pet care.

Bidding system

Verified providers see relevant tasks and submit offers — price, timing, and a brief proposal. Customers compare offers side by side and pick what suits them.

Provider portfolios

Each provider builds a profile with verified documents, past work, and customer reviews. Reputation accrues over time, so reliable providers stand out.

Document verification

Document checks happen before a provider can accept work. Customers see who's verified before deciding.

Smart notifications

Providers get notified only of opportunities that match their service area, category, and availability — no spam, no irrelevant pings.

Tech stack

El Dezvare runs as a multi-service backend behind native mobile apps:

  • Mobile: native iOS + Android clients
  • Backend: Python services with FastAPI / Uvicorn
  • Data: MySQL for relational, DynamoDB for high-write event data, Redis for cache and rate limiting
  • Messaging: Kafka for async event processing across services
  • Agents: dedicated services for matching, notifications, and document validation
  • Observability: in-house monitoring stack

The architecture is event-driven by design — every user action (task posted, offer placed, deal closed) emits a Kafka event that downstream services consume independently.

Status

Production. Available on Google Play and the App Store with active customers and providers.
